At Josaine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Josaine tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or shipment.
